1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the rpjl Casino platform ("Platform") operated at rpjl.club ("Website"), you ("Player," "User," "You") unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and rpjl Casino ("rpjl," "we," "us," "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has been created. Your continued use of the rpjl Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

rpjl reserves the right to deny access to the Platform to any person or jurisdiction at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such denial.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

To be eligible to open and maintain an rpjl account and to participate in any real-money gaming activity, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style online gaming;
• You are a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal body;
• You are a resident of or located in the Republic of the Philippines and are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• You are not listed on any PAGCOR self-exclusion register, court-ordered exclusion list, or any internal rpjl exclusion register;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party;
• You have not previously had an rpjl account closed for cause.

rpjl enforces age verification through Know Your Customer ("KYC") procedures. Upon registration, and before any withdrawal is permitted, you will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's licence, passport, or SSS ID). rpjl reserves the right to suspend your account and withhold any balance pending satisfactory KYC completion.

rpjl takes underage gambling seriously. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to appropriate authorities.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on the rpjl Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity, mobile number, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. rpjl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify rpjl's support team immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised use of your account.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

rpjl strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. While 2FA is optional, it significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access, particularly for accounts with GCash withdrawal methods registered.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

rpjl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine-based payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. rpjl reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform.

Withdrawals are available only to fully KYC-verified accounts. rpjl processes GCash withdrawals for verified accounts within an average of 15–30 minutes, 24 hours a day. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–2 hours during standard banking hours. rpjl does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own fees, for which rpjl accepts no responsibility.

All funds deposited into your rpjl account must be sourced from payment instruments registered in your own name. rpjl does not accept third-party deposits. rpjl reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) compliance obligations under Philippine law.

All transactions on the rpjl Platform are monitored for compliance with the AMLA and its implementing rules and regulations as enforced in the Philippines. Suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities as required by law.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

rpjl offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

The standard welcome bonus wagering requirement is twenty times (20×) the bonus amount. Bonus credit and any winnings derived therefrom must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only — not to the combined deposit and bonus amount — unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion.

rpjl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Any bonus obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, the exploitation of software errors, or collusion, will be forfeited and the account closed. rpjl's determination of bonus abuse is final.

Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without satisfying applicable wagering requirements. rpjl also reserves the right to refuse, modify, or revoke bonus credit at its sole discretion if it believes abuse of the bonus system has occurred.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games offered on the rpjl Platform operate using either certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology (for slots, table games, and arcade titles) or physical real-world outcomes captured via live stream (for live dealer games). RNG systems are regularly tested by independent third-party auditors. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published within each game's information panel.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on rpjl's servers, the server-side record shall prevail. In the event of a technical error, network failure, or game malfunction during an active wager, rpjl will credit your account with the amount of the affected wager at its sole discretion. Any winnings generated as a direct result of a technical error or malfunction are void and will not be paid.

Players must wager using their own accounts and for their own personal entertainment. Syndicated play, automated wagering scripts, or the use of any artificial intelligence or bot to interact with the Platform is strictly prohibited.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rpjl Platform and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to law enforcement:

• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading identity or KYC documentation;
• Operating or benefiting from more than one rpjl account;
• Money laundering, structuring transactions, or any other conduct in violation of the AMLA of the Philippines;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment instruments to deposit funds;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in games or the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering strategy designed to exploit promotional terms;
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or otherwise interfering with the Platform's software or infrastructure;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing rpjl staff or other players through any communication channel.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the rpjl Platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, audio, text, trademarks, logos, and the rpjl brand identity — is the exclusive property of rpjl Casino or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the rpjl Platform without the prior written consent of rpjl. Any unauthorised use of rpjl's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rpjl Casino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

rpjl's total cumulative liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the amount of your net deposits in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. rpjl makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. rpjl accepts no responsibility for any financial loss resulting from your wagering activity on the Platform. You are solely responsible for managing your gambling expenditure.

10. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

rpjl is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and enjoyable gaming. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from your logged-in account settings:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending;
• Session Time Reminders — Receive alerts after a configurable duration of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Periods — Temporarily suspend access to your account for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently or semi-permanently restrict your ability to log in, deposit, or wager on the Platform.

Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of submission. During a self-exclusion period, rpjl will make reasonable efforts to prevent you from opening a new account. rpjl strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction. Gambling by persons under the age of 21 is prohibited in accordance with Philippine regulations. Any minor found to have accessed the Platform will have their account permanently closed and all funds returned to the verified payment source.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

rpjl reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or AMLA violations;
• Failure to satisfy KYC requirements within a reasonable time;
• At the Player's own request (voluntary closure);
• Extended period of account inactivity (exceeding 12 consecutive months with no login or transaction).

In the event of account termination for cause, rpjl reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If no fraud or breach is established after investigation, any remaining balance (net of any bonus funds subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.

Dormant accounts (inactive for more than 12 months) may be subject to an administrative fee of PHP 200 per month, deducted from the account balance. Players will be notified by email prior to the commencement of dormancy fees.

12. Amendments to These Terms

rpjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the rpjl Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the rpjl Platform.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or a transaction, the Player must submit a formal complaint to rpjl's support team within thirty (30) calendar days of the event giving rise to the dispute. rpjl will investigate the matter and provide a written response within fifteen (15) business days. Server-side logs and transaction records maintained by rpjl shall be considered conclusive evidence in any dispute resolution process.

rpjl encourages the informal resolution of disputes before the commencement of any formal legal proceedings. Initiating legal action without first engaging rpjl's complaints process may be taken into account in any subsequent proceedings.
